The meaning behind the logo

Our Swasthya Holistic's logo symbolizes concept written in classical text books of Ayurveda.

The main aim of Ayurveda is,

"Swasthyasya Swasthta Rakshanam |
Aaturasya Vikar Prashamanam ||"

which tells two main goals of Ayurveda.

1. Preserve Health: Prevent disease and maintain well-being in healthy individuals, promoting optimal physical, mental, and emotional balance.

2. Restore Health: Cure and manage diseases in unhealthy individuals, using natural remedies and personalized approaches to address the root causes of illness."

This is possible when all constituents of body are in healthy condition.
 Logo is representing all physical as well as mental components of body.
 When all these components are at its best level then we can achieve Swasthya means Healthy condition which means peace of mind as well as body.
