Swasthya Holistic Ayurved Center has a facility of Yoga Classes with some regular batches for all and also some special batches for diseased person.
We are keen to treat patients with special yoga therapy with Yogasana, Pranayama and Meditation according to your diseases.
Diseases like Diabetes, Hypertention, Thyroid can be controlled with the help of Yoga practice. Arthritis, PCOD/PCOS can be treated completely in early age with this practice. Anxiety, Depression, and other mental issues can be cured with the help of Pranayama and Meditation treatment.
