Nasya is nothing but oilation of upper part of body mainly head, neck and shoulder by inserting medicated oils through Nose. Vata, Pitta and Kapha doshas can get removed from these parts by applying oil. Proper procedure is required for best results.

Procedure for Therapeutic Proper Nasya – This Treatment is given to the patients with various symptoms of Vata, Pitta or Kapha Vitiation in the upper part of body. In Nasya, medicated oil is inserted through nose after giving snehan and swedan to face to open all the pores of that area.
